My values are deep
A key: generosity.
But would they hold true?

Sunset
Sunlight descending
Clouds alight behind mountains
Crispness upon wind
This winter’s day
Manic busyness
Sunlight slowly reclaims days.
January rains
Hope’s Power
The sun collapses
Into itself, within dreams
Hope’s power calming
Remembering David Bowie
Remembering songs,
Falling earthward from the stars,
Gracefully dreaming
Lost within ego
As I grow older
As I grow older
I shall resist feebleness
Living vibrantly
Blame vs Work
Paralyzed by rage
Blame is easier than work
Yet non-productive
Honesty’s Challenge
Honesty’s challenge
To dig deep within ourselves
Release what’s hidden
Hidden
Staying within the corners of my dreams,
Afraid to break free and explore the edges.
Light’s glorious textures outside my bounds,
Unable to reach for starlight beyond my gaze.
