the grace of springtime
moving against the cold air
gentle morning rain
poetry, prose, and photography
I adore the simplicity, as well as the challenge of Haiku. The constraints focus my mind, seeking out the essence of the moment, feeling, notion, distilling it to brilliant singularity.
My goal: to post at least one haiku a day.

the grace of springtime
moving against the cold air
gentle morning rain

on my window sill
this flower's joyful visage
enjoying the sunlight

glories of springtime
graceful motion on the trees
walking in silence

under the spring sky
my light jacket a bit much
kindness of sunlight

feeding on sunlight
while reaching through the green leaves
nourished by the earth

walking through my yard
flowers suddenly appear
after the rain squall

passing by the shore
water's motion over sand
seagulls shout "hello"

dandelion days
gentle rain and warm air
announce their return
