Annoying my nose

Today’s gray morning
Eventually sun will win
With afternoon warmth

Winds dancing boldly
Sunlight’s grace beckons to me

Saw this sculpture in the lobby of the Redmond branch of the Ling County Library System.
Seattle’s Suburbs
The early eighties
Lived in Seattle’s suburbs
Brutal for us geeks
Sunlight Wanes
Embraced by darkness
Sun’s now behind the mountains
Seattle’s beauty
Twilight Reflections
As darkness descends
Violet mixes with the blue
Clouds racing the wind
Morning Rain
Woke to robin’s call
The cool air calms my spirit
Rain upon the leaves
A Rainy Seattle Monday
Gray clouds dominate
Moisture flows downwards slowly
Subduing our mood
This Morning
Greeted by grey skies
Whispers of rain on the wind
