Glorious blinking lights full
Of potential and power
Yet, sunlit live wins.

Like rocks within
Sand; motion works
To grind all that’s
Good to dust.

Upon life’s river
Flowing gracefully downwards
Or crashing rapids

Evening floats
Down upon my mind
I drift gently over
These vacant, mist-like
Dreams born of others.
Collapsing into my
Mind’s silence.

Journeying skywards
Reaching far beyond the sky
Embraced by the stars

Sadness coming when
Our gentle hearts pushing far
Cannot return home

Strange duality
Each thing’s opposite tangled
Deeply into one.
