The glorious written word
Delights my soul, too

Betwix books & sunbeams

Motes of dust glide like stars

Drifting amongst dreams

And the dreamers who dream

For a moment now

My pages, breathing deeply

Passion’s illusions

Lost within pages
Awareness of time vanishes
The glory of books
