Force

Some things must be forced.
However, all things will break
Compassion must reign

I seek the No Mind
Monumentally failing
Busyness robs me

Peace demanded now
Wont wait for reality
Confounding absence

Silence’s power
Ancient echoes carried forth
Wind blowing through trees

Drifting upon air
Sunlight dancing between trees
Summer’s gentle grace

Strangely the night comes
Springing upon my workload
Exhaustion bites hard

My child rides away
Supported by his friendships
Trees colors changing

News can bring despair
Focusing of misery
Losing sight of “good”

Grey skies have returned
Hints of autumn on the wind
Trees yet filled with green

And now it’s morning
Awakened and seeing rain
Feeling very grateful
