The tulip’s fire
Graceful beauty bursting forth
Spring time’s sun warmer

In the morning gloom
Daylight still fighting the clouds
The flowers don’t care

As the daylight falls
And its moving through the trees
Springtime marches on

Boisterous colors
Petals slowly fall earthwards
Spring ever changing

Trees bursting with blooms
Blossom petals slowly fall
Seasons still changing

Spring’s glory is here
Soon the blossoms change to leaves
With summer’s warmness

Walking down this trail
Raindrops passing through the trees
Seattle’s springtime

The water’s stillness
With the sun moving westward
Spring’s daylight now ends
I live about 30 miles north of Seattle. I adore walking along the Edmonds waterfront. Many of my shots posted here are from this small city. My history here goes back a few generations. Simply walking here brings forth memories of cousins, grandparents.
