I love sewing puns

Though they often needle me

I’m left in stitches

My bright, cheery friend
Watches me upon my desk
My office’s joy

Night gently falling

Slumber’s insistent demands

Speaking to me, too

Gasping for more air

Tears now descending my face

Friend’s delightful wit

One must face fevers
Upon which success depends
It needs more cowbell
