My focus and energy
Spring’s blossoms appear
There’s so much greed for my attention. It’s easy to get lost within it all, losing sight of the important things. I strive to step out of that mental swirl, too see the world around me. What about you?
Still dark
No hints of dawn
Yet I know
It will come
I am awake in the early morning, pondering all that troubles me.
Embrace your bold dreams
Seek the extraordinary
Become all you can
Walking upon the shore
Sunlight landing upon my face
My skin warm, nicely so
Friend talk, warmed hearts
And children yet again taller
Than a moment ago
Evoking parental wonder, and triggering
Eternal frustration for children
Choosing direction
May sometimes be a challenge
Please focus on love
Evening has arrived
Listening to classic jazz
Spring rides the starlight
How do I relearn
To dream boldly
To reach for the stars?
First look skyward
In the night’s sky
Gaze upon Orion’s belt
One can’t reach
What one cannot see.
Vision creates
Boldness
Faith’s strength comes from trust
Belief in benevolent
Energies driving
Beginnings moving
Forwards towards middles, motion
Ends; begin anew
Rainfall’s insistence
Tapping upon my rooftop
This Seattle night
